It's the 7th Annual Facial Hair Face-Off beard competition & fundraiser presented by the Greater Hartford Beard & Mustache Club! This year, we are raising money for the Marine Corps League.

The Peter P. Monaco Jr., Detachment 40 of the Marine Corps League is a nonpartisan, nonprofit federally approved 501C4 organization chartered under the Marine Corps League National Headquarters incorporated by an Act of Congress in 1937 to provide support to all veterans, their families and those entrusted to its care. Since its inception in 1958 the Detachment has strived to preserve the traditions and promote the interest of the Marine Corps while welcoming all veterans – those on active or reserve status as well as those men and women who have been honorably discharged from all branches of the United States Armed Forces.
